I am a refinishing professional and I will always give you my best effort. I do all work myself in the refinishing process. I have eight years experience; I never use overworked and underpaid employees because I won’t compromise quality at your expense. I will not cut corners to sacrifice quality. If my refinish or repair will not fix your problem or if there are structural problems that must be addressed first, I will not do the job and take your money. Honesty and integrity is of utmost importance in my personal and professional life, I will not compromise these values!
I always strive for perfection; I will not create a huge mess or problem in the course of my work. There are many things that I do in the course of a job to insure a long lasting quality job that you will never know about, but I do anyway. I do an excellent masking job around your tub/tile so as to not get glazing material on unintended surfaces. I will do a very nice caulking job around your tub/tile as the final step in a refinishing job. I will not drip oil in your driveway, nor track mud into your home. I will, however, respect you and your property and I will not cheat or lie to you. When an appointment is made I show up when I’m supposed to. I do exactly what I say I’m going to do when I say I’m going to do it. I will treat you the way I would want to be treated. I have been married to my wife (Anita) for 20 years and we have 2 sons, Raymond and Robert. Raymond is 18 years old and is a senior at Northern High School in Calvert County, Maryland. Robert is 11 years old and is in the 5th grade at Mt. Harmony Elementary School in Calvert County. Anita has served 24 years in the Air Force National Guard and hopes to "stay in" until she reaches 30 years service, she is currently working on her Masters Degree in Science Management at University of Maryland.
